I upgraded to the highest level of the chosen bouquet. What arrived was a fairly skimpy bouquet that looked NOTHING like the photo of the bouquet that was represented when I ordered it. I think that being Valentine's day, the delivering florist tried to conserve flowers and did not make a very full bouquet. I contacted customer service and was offered a 20% refund. I contacted customer service again and showed picture of what arrived vs what was ordered and advised that there were at least 50% fewer flowers in what arrived compared to what was shown at the time of my order. The result was a 50% discount on the order (price of flowers but not total price which included delivery fee) and a $15.00 coupon for future order. Honestly, I think the service from the online florist was good, but do not trust the assembly florist so unless they change their partnership, I'm not sure I'd use this online florist again. Much safer to just contact a local florist myself or buy the flowers myself and hand deliver them.
My delivery was a day late. I did not receive what ordered at all! Will not purchase from them again.
Very great prices flowers arrive in a timely manner and a very nice arrangement.
My aunt loved the flowers. I must say I was well please with the results. The only suggestion I have is that you incorporate the handling charge into the cost of the flowers so you have a better view of what you are paying right up front. Other than that, I am beyond pleased.

The size was not as indicated on the website. Neither did the flower look like the picture; also, the quality of the flowers were not terrific.

I gave all ratings 5 stars, but actually, I am guessing on these responses. I simply wanted to confirm that the flowers were received, not answer all these questions yet. I have not talked with the recipient, and would prefer to respond after talking with her, but there doesn't seem to be an option, once you're in the survey, to come back later on the responses! Could you please fix this? I do know that my mother "was very happy," and "appreciated there being no red flowers in the sympathy bouquet / not being reminded of Valentine's Day." Thank you.
I saw the arrangement when it was delivered & the flowers looked older, meaning they were very open already.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
