OK, not to happy, number one when you shop you have to fill everything out including the gift card before the site will tell you how much it will be. Then I decided on some flowers, within my budget and it told me I had to spend $15 more for them to deliver so I looked again and chose something more expensive and picked same day, I never got a conformation so I called. The guy put me on hold for about 4 min. Not to bad. Then he spoke to the florist and there was some mix up and they did not deliver my flowers. So they would include a note with the flowers when they are delivered. That was not done and I suppose when they went to my sister's house they knocked and no one was home so they just left them on the porch. It was very late when she got home. She said they were nice. They were suppose to refund my card $10 for the mix up. Have not seen that yet. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I believe next time I will just cut out the middle man and call a local florist.

Paid for an upgrade that looked like it came from Safeway. The box of chocolates, basically everything was beyond subpar for what I paid.

Orange was in the name of the arrangement I picked out and the only orange was the ribbon wrapped around the vase. They did give me a small refund and gave me a credit towards my next purchase.
The reason that I have changed my ratings is because I still haven't received confirmation that my order has been delivered and it was over a week ago. Really bad

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
