My order was marked "same day delivery" and it was not delivered that day. It wasn't delivered until late the next day. I paid for TWO balloons to be included with the basket, and only ONE was delivered. I bought a candy basket, and the basket delivered included bags of chips and packages of cookies. I was VERY unimpressed. Will never order from here again.
Horrible. Ordered the flowers at 7 am on Feb 6,2015. Paid for same day delivery. Upon receipt of the order it said "expected delivery time between 8am - 6pm ". By 730 my flowers still had not been delivered. When called customer service was told they had been delivered already and that the florist was closed and it was too late for them to call and they would follow up in the morning. My family called me 35 minutes later to let me know the florist had called them and said they were on there way. Had my family waiting outside of the house at 9pm at night for the bouquet. They were told they made the bouquet upon receiving the order and got it out asap. How is that possible when I have receipt saying paid at 715am and they are delivered at 9pm? When called customer care to tell them not only was the manner of delivery unacceptable but what was delivered was in no way shape what I ordered. I got a semi apology and went back and for on email. At first was given a ten dollar coupon. Pointless I will never use these services ever again. I was then told that id get a 50% refund. When I asked to have the florist pick up the product and refund all my money so I can seek services elsewhere I was told a 50% discount. Fine, whatever beyond so frustrated and embarrassed. After checking final bank statements was five $20.00 back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH SUCH IMPORTANT MATTERS
Very easy to follow - professional website I SENT THESE FLOWERS FROM ENGLAND TO MY SISTER IN WILMINGTON N.C. WHO HAD HAD A BAD ACCIDENT. SHE WAS DELIGHTED WITH THE FLOWERS AND SAID THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL. SHE ALSO SENT A PHOTO OF THE FLOWERS SO THAT I COULD SEE FOR MYSELF.

I paid the extra $4.99 for expedited delivery for my Mom's birthday. I had to call and find out where they were and she did not receive them until 4:00 in the afternoon. I was promised a refund for that charge and I placed another order for Valentine's day. My Mom loved both products for her birthday and Valentine's Day. The quality and the creativity of the flower vase was perfect. I just wished you had lived up to the delivery time on that first order and I didn't have to call and track it down.
I will use your product again as my Mom was so pleased.

The arrangement was small for the price paid. The flowers died right away. My husband sent me flowers the same day from a different flower shop. They are still alive. Very poor quality and quantity. Very disappointed.
Beautiful selections - better than any other website
This was my first time using fromyouflowe es.com and I must say I was highly satisfied with how they were able to deliver the flowers on time. Despite all the snow and roads shutting down they were 100% commuted to deliver and put the customer first. There efforts were greatly appricated! I would recommend them to anyone who's trying to do something special for there loved one.

I received an online discount of 20%, which was great! And this is the only reason I shopped here--the discount. But the service charge was $15, not so great! I did not expect this charge to be this high. Next time I will shop around more before ordering flowers online. The flowers were delivered on time, but much to my dismay were not as big, full, or colorful as pictured online. I am very dissatisfied with the bouquet for the total cost and will not shop here again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
