The site was easy to navigate. The real test would be whether the flowers are delivered as ordered. I used a different company last year and it was a horrific experience.
Everything about this order was fine except for the delivery time. I wanted the order to be delivered on a Sunday which said it could be done as long as the order was placed before 1 pm. which it was. I got a call about an hour later saying that my order could not be delivered because the florist was not available. I appreciate the call but it was a inconvenience for me to have the flowers delivered the next day. I asked if they could be there by the morning and I was told yes. My order did not arrive to the recipient until late in the afternoon. I was very disappointed by this.
Prices were the best around! I saved at least $12-$15!
I was offered a $20 gift certificate(which I never received) and an apology for the person I sent the flowers to(which didn't happen), Is there any wonder why I'm unhappy?
I am very unsatisfied with the order. I place the order with the understanding that the delivery was going to be the same day, then at the end of the day I received a call telling me that the order was not delivered on time and that they were going to deliver next day. At this point I told them that my daughter(the recipient) works odd hours at the restaurant and that not delivering on the time it was an inconvenient. The caller told me that for the inconvenience she was going to add to the order and make sure to call my daughter before the delivery. Well my daughter was at work until 5 and it was no flower delivery until after 6PM. Then she did not work on the weekend and came on Monday to see the death flowers. I try to do something nice, and you turn it into a fiasco.

Good experience overall, I think that all the added charges are a bit ridiculous, taking a price from $30 to $50, but I was pleased with the service and delivery time.
I have ordered many times and have always received feedback that the flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. However, this order I was a little disappointed in the size of the vase. The balloons were very-very nice.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
