I order flowers from this site for my mother's birthday. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. My biggest disappointed is that I spent $60 on flowers and the arrangement looked nothing like the picture online. They didn't even use the same flowers that were in the picture. The filler they used in the arrangement looked like branches chopped straight off holly bushes, complete with berries. I feel like I could have bought flowers from a grocery store for less money and had my boyfriend (who worked at a flower shop for 5 years during Valentine's day and Mother's day) put the arrangement together. I probably should have done that anyway. Overall, I'm satisfied because my mom was surprised and loved the flowers, but I probably won't use From You Flowers again.

The item I ordered is not what I recieved. When I called to bring the issue to your attention I was told the local florist did not have the correct flowers and substituted. I picked the paticular arrangement for its color, light purple, what I recieved was pink. It was for a funeral for my favorite aunt. Not only was the color wrong, but the flowers where not the right flowers, carnations verses roses. I was very disappointed. I should have been notified ahead of time to approve or dissaprove the change. It was not acceptable. You offered me a %50 discount on the cost of the arrangement. I felt I should not have to pay for it as it was not what I ordered. I have yet to recieve the discount. Very poor customer service!
The site was easy to navigate. The real test would be whether the flowers are delivered as ordered. I used a different company last year and it was a horrific experience.
Everything about this order was fine except for the delivery time. I wanted the order to be delivered on a Sunday which said it could be done as long as the order was placed before 1 pm. which it was. I got a call about an hour later saying that my order could not be delivered because the florist was not available. I appreciate the call but it was a inconvenience for me to have the flowers delivered the next day. I asked if they could be there by the morning and I was told yes. My order did not arrive to the recipient until late in the afternoon. I was very disappointed by this.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
