The quality and timely delivery of the flowers was excellent. This was a last minute action to remember my daughter's birthday. The basic price of the flowers was reasonable. But I was surprised at the end of processing my payment to suddenly see what I considered a high handling charge which increased the overall cost to a higher level than I expected. However, I continued and paid the higher cost because of my desire to send the flowers on such a short notice.
The flowers were for my sisters BD and she absolutely loved them. They arrived exactly on time
I ordered using same day delivery, and the website even checked the zip code. I found out later that it was not available! I would have ordered something else if I had known when I placed the order!

Never received on the day for delivery, even paid extra since it was same day. Never received item called customer service and was told nobody was home and I know that the recipient was home all day and night. She even received flowers from other flower delivery services from other friends and family. The person at customer service had an attitude when I called and also wasn't very helpful or apologetic also never offered refund of my extra payment for same day delivery. I will never use this company again and I will also let others know not to use them. They finally delivered the next day and it wasn't worth the money I paid. Horrible customer service!

The birthday basket arrived just at the time I was talking to my son. I live in Brazil and he lives in USA. It was his birthday. It was really good!
I wanted a unique gift for my Mother in law because she is a very colorful person! I know she will love the all flowers Birthday Cake!
The website and checkout were fine. The quality of the arrangement was terrible. It was NOT worth what I had to pay. My daughter-in-law totaled her car on her birthday and deserved much more than was delivered. There were 3 roses and 3 lilies and my total was $54.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
