Very simple & easy to use! Good selection. The only thing I didn't like was that when I got to the end to submit my order, all kinds of misc. Charges popped up adding an addition $15 or so to my order which I thought was kind of high since I could go to my local florist & get them cheaper but I was paying for convenience of ordering without going somewhere I guess. Not sure I would order this way in the future.

My second time using this site. The process is very simple which is a plus for me when I want to send gifts to friends in the US and my first purchase was a hit even though it wasnt delivered at the time I requested. My Friend loved the gift, though from the pics it a little different from what i expected.
I would have like to have a comment section where I could have asked for option to personalize the arrangement. I wanted to add ribbon and American flag as he was a veteran and this was a funeral arrangement. I would pay more for this service.

Suggestion for improvement: website allowed me to edit delivery address, which was great because there was a last minute change in the hotel my friend was staying. However, it seems that information was not communicated to all parties involved in the process. Fix that glitch and you will be in top shape!))) Delivery person called me and we sorted things out at the end - so, I am very grateful for that.
Also, the heart shape vase I fell for on the website was not delivered to my friend. Not really a deal breaker, but I still felt a slight sting of disappointment.
Overall, good experience! Will go with florist design next time not to have a specific expectations.

Pricing was misleading. It looked as though there would be7. Off for the code, but this was already listed as the price. Costly shipping and handling was also a surprise when deliver was already another charge
