Very easy to spend money on this site, but for the love of my life she is worth it
The flowers were gross. None were blooming and the greenery was wilted. It was awful. This was for a funeral. I was embarrassed.
Ordered flowers for my Mother's 86th birthday to be delivered not knowing there would be a super bad snowstorm in the Boston area...flowers were delivered by a local florist who went above and beyond to make sure my Mom had her birthday flowers and they were beautiful.she is happy and I am happy!
No issues with the order other than they called to tell me they couldn't do the same day and they would upgrade my order. Don't know if or how they did. Overall, I was ok with it.
The recipient and her guests were very pleased with the floral arrangement and the decorative vase.

The delivery was attempted on Friday Feb. 5th, my mom must not have answered the door or heard the doorbell. Since I paid a couple dollars extra to get the flowers there that day, the folks at customer service happily refund the additional charge for the same day delivery since the delivery was unsuccessful and they were very courteous and helpful on the phone. Also, I called the florist specifically and told them what a GORGEOUS flower arrangement they delivered on Feb. 13 to the same address/recipient bc it was done so beautifully. Thank you again! I look forward to using your services the next time. And I might ask for the same florist (Mann's Florist, Morris, IL) if that's possible bc they did such a great job.

So far so good. Ordering was easy. Delivery and apperance are next. Delivery was ontime, actually a bit early. Appearance was remarkably just like the online photo. Plant looked Very nice next to the large funeral arrangements. Everyone was pleased.
The recipient of the flowers could not find the card that went with the order, but otherwise they were wonderful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
