Delivery was awful

Delivery was awful. Driver kept calling recipient to inform her that he was coming, going to be late, not going to make it on time, and then he was arriving one minute before closing. The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was received. Called customer service and was told there was no one I could speak to, they only deal with orders. Called back after receiving numerous emails to contact a supervisor. Did and to his credit, he did apologize and offer a refund. Also offered a credit to use for a future order...probably will not use.

I was not happy that the flowers were not delivered on the day I requested. I was also not notified that they would not be able to deliver on that day. When I called customer service to check on the status she was sympathetic to me. I was told it would be upgraded to the next size and it did not look like it was upgraded and that I would receive a $20 gift card, which I have yet to receive. All in all, it was not a very good experience to order online and not sure I would do it again.

I was disapointed of the flowers received. I ordered Valentine's flowers at the florist's discretion and I expected some red or pink flowers but the ones I received were very pale lavander color-great for a funeral arrangement but not for valentines.

I had paid for and requested same day delivery and was charged a small fee, I contacted customer service when the flowers were not delivered as scheduled and was refunded the small fee. I felt pretty good about the service until I saw the order. My order included an "up-size" in product, but once my wife brought the flowers home from work the day after delivery I was extremely disappointed. The flowers only stood about three inches above the glass vase and overall was not larger than a softball. My wife was happy to receive flowers and would not complain, but I was embarrassed when I saw the product. I hope this helps you improve. I think my order was around $60 and what was delivered was worth about $20.

My delivery was two days late and I ordered and paid for my flowers two days before I requested delivery. I was very sad and disappointed with my experience through fromyouflowers.com. They were very quick to respond via email when I addressed my issues but my flowers I had ordered were still two days past my sisters birthday.
