The flowers that were delivered were fine, however, I paid extra to have them delivered before noon and they were delivered at 4pm. Not worth paying the extra for an early delivery and no refund of the extra that I paid.

My experience was good it was easy to order but when customers pay the $4.99 for expedited shipping before noon, I feel that you should notify us if it wont be delivered before 12pm not wait for customers to contact you.

Well first of all I wanted to receive the flowers before noon, hopefully in the morning of the 2/17 and that was not possible. Then when the flowers arrived the experience was quite dissapointing, and the flowers recipient was very different than the one I saw on the Internet, I saw a nice pink color and this was a very common transparent recipient, the flowers were just ok...

Truck broke down...needed to deliver flowers next day.
When business call and left message about broken down truck, there was no way to call back because no phone number appeared on phone. I guess it was blocked?

I appreciated the call telling me what was going on. I was given the option to have the flowers delivered the same day, even with a broken down truck...however, I understood and said the flowers could be delivered the next day. I called the recipient and told her flowers would be coming to the following day.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
