Was not a good experience at all. Paid for the premium flower arrangement which didn't look any better than what was pictured online which is the mid level arrangement. Then the flowers themselves lasted less than a week. Have gotten better looking and longer last flowers from the Buy For Less grocery store for a whole lot less money. About $40 less. The delivery itself was messed up. Paid the extra money for delivery before noon. At 12:15 still no flowers so I called in. The lady I spoke with was nice and said that the flowers didn't go out that morning, which I already knew since they hadn't been delivered, and was refunding the express fee. Was told at 12:22 that they would be delivered within 2 hours. At 3:30,3 hours later I called back and complained some more because I have seriously had better service, flowers, and delivery from the grocery store here. Was told $10 coupon for my next purchase would be emailed to me, an it was. However, I have used 5 or 6 different services now and because this is honestly the worst service I have had I will not be using the "number 1 rated" online flower company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

This was for my mother's 80th birthday...I paid for early delivery (before noon) but they weren't delivered until 2:30pm so my mother wasn't home when they arrived! I was give a credit for the "late" delivery, but this really ruined the surprise! Just disappointed!

Instead of it being a surprise delivery, because it was delivered late (even though I PAID for an early delivery) I had to ask my daughter to contact her mailroom to see if it was delivered. Basically missing the delivery time ruined the surprise of the flowers. The flowers were beautiful and she loved them but I was counting on the surprise.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
