Quick and easy-now I wait to see if the delivery is made(today) with what I ordered.
Order was a good price and was delivered the same day in the middle of the day(perfect timing). I did get the exact bouquet that I had ordered ("Sweet Devotion")- the downside was that they did not look beautiful and full like the picture. They were slightly droopy and never bloomed. The roses were full,but stayed partially closed, and the accent flowers were thin stemmed and closed.

My order was supposed to contain "fresh cut" flowers, but instead was dlivered with a few flower buds and artificial flowers.

You need to disclose your handling fees at the beginning. Your prices are misleading.
The delivery was quick and efficient. The prices were very reasonable.
The total charge is deceiving, as you fail to let anyone know of the 14.99 service charge until checkout. You charge 2.99 for sameday and then tack on 14.99 on top of that. You should let customers know up front of the extra 15.00 charge and then they could make a better informed decision.
Very fast and easy to use. The order was not in the colors I chose. It did have lilies but no blues and yellow was in roses... Not sure of all the added greenery I was expecting more flowers and less filler. I did the deluxe choice and was not as happy because of the lack of flowers for the added price I paied

Have used this website for ordering flowers several times. Recipients have reported very nice arrangements for the most part. The latest arrangement was nice however, why a blue bow was used that did not match the arrangement I'm not sure? (ie blue bow, purple flowers)
