Nonprofessional!
The order was not delivered when they said it would be. It was delivered the following day. This was for an anniversary, so the date was important. I had also ordered candy along with the flowers and the candy was not delivered, at all. Although, they did give me a credit for the candy. It was more important that the recipient receive the candy than for me to receive the credit. They have given we credits to spend with their website, but after the first experience, I think that is it for me.
I don't like bad surprises, I'm hoping this goes well!

I was very amazed at the beautiful arrangements received that were just like the pictures I picked from. Thank you for making my family proud!
Despite the plants not arriving for the day I wanted them ordered, the customer service was great. Immediate call to me with an apology was appreciated, plant was upgraded and 10% discount applied.
