I was please with how easy it was to place this order. I ordered a dozen roses with the vase that you can add a personal picture. Mine was a picture of my grandson and his girlfriend. It turned out perfect! They sent me a picture and it was exactly the way I ordered it! They were sooo excited and pleased and the delivery was right on time. I have already recommended "fromyouflowers" to three of my friends. I will definitely order again. Thanks a bunch! (no pun intended)
I was searching for a very special Get Well Balloon wish for my brother and located You Flowers on line their pricing was very reasonable - I had to contact them prior to my purchase to ask what the next grade size Teddy Bear was since the size of the Bear was not listed - My call was answered quickly and provided me the knowledge to choose the upgrade - It was received very timely without adding the early delivery rate perfect! When I received the photo of what was sent The Balloon was HUGH & the Bear well its just what I would have picked! Thank you You Flowers for making me there;0)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
