This was a good experience. Customer service was great! Because of inclement weather, I moved my delivery up to the current day, and was accomdated. The delivery was to a business, and the flowers were delivered a lot later than expected. But I was informed that the man who delivered them dragged himself through the snow to get them there! Very unhappy that my order was LATE! It runined my birthday surprise with my friend. Hated that I had to call 4 times to check on what was going on. Finally came at the end of the day to her house. Product was good. But overall bad experience because it ruined the surprise.

I paid an extra fee to have the flowers delivered on Friday, February 20th before noon. They were delivered on Thursday, February 19th. I chose the date of 2/20 for a reason!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
