I never received email to confirm order was received. I called customer service twice. The first time I was told email would be sent. Never got the email, so I called back a second time and was told the "email department was backed up." I am not sure what that means but it is concerning to hear that an email receipt could not be emailed for six-eight hours.

I had problems doing paypal. Looked like they were just Thrown in a vase. The flowers were not as nice as i expected for the price
When the flowers were delivered they were very nicely wrapped and were in very good condition. The recipient was very happy and, being it was for Valentine's Day, that was very important to me. The roses lasted a long time which she appreciated.
Overall, everything went well and we're both happy with the product and service!
