So far, the price, selection have been very reasonable.
I ordered a deluxe bouquet and got the bottom line. There was only 1 lily & 1 rose in the vase. I contacted customer service immediately and they refunded 25% of the purchase price. However, I am now receiving an email saying that refund comes in a form of a store credit. I do not want a store credit. I want it put back on my credit card. I have contacted customer service regarding this.
The flower bouquet didn't look anything like the one I ordered. I ordered a full, colorful bouquet, but the one received was small and had more green fillers and very few flowers.
I would like to be able to get the final price (including any fees) earlier in the ordering process

Initial contact customer service representative hung up on me. Follow-up phone calls were excellent and I received a discount and upgrade when flowers were not delivered on time, even though it was not the company's fault.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
