The bouquet I received looked NOTHING like the picture online. There were fewer flowers, and the arrangement was not very good looking. It was very sparse. I called and complained, and they said they'd deliver a replacement the next day. It did not come. I called again, and they said they'd bring a new one the next day. They brought a new one, and it was EVEN SMALLER than the first one! Also, there is a $15 service fee which they only reveal at the very end of checkout. I will never use this service again. It also cost more than my local florist after all the fees.
My order wasn't delivered until the day after it was due to be delivered & the wrong bouquet was delivered. Not very satisfied at all.

Always have had good luck with your flowers and service. The flowers are always delivered on time and the recipients report total satisfaction with the quality of the order. They have told me the flowers are not only beautiful, but they last a long time, too.
The delivery was very fast even though it had started snowing in the area that I sent the flowers. The flowers were not as colorful as the ones that I saw on the website, but they were still nice and my mom was very happy overall.
Awful. Ordered same day- that didn't happen. Next day I received a call flowers were attempted to be delivered at 9pm at night. Still haven't heard if they were delivered. I'm not happy
The item delivered looked nothing like the picture on the website. I upgraded my selection to "premium" and the item was far from "premium." In the online photo there were at least 5 different plants shown in a basket, however, the actual item sent contained 2 plants, very small plants, one of which looked dead. This purchase was a gift for my sister to congratulate her on a promotion at work. The plant she received was hideous, and I was embarrassed for her.

It was simple to order, with lots of choices--flowers, fruit, snacks... Plus their delivery can't be bettered. They really wiggled and got my delivery done before a last-minute predicted snowstorm hit--which was super great service. I'm hooked for life.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
