The flowers sent we're dull. And the only flowers that were revived from those listed were carnation that were not the right color. Plus they put a bunch of giant ugly Lillys in it, I seached and chose this on because it didn't have lillys in it.
I normally Google or Yelp a business, I wish I had in this case as I would have run as fast as I could have from them.
To start, the deliver card had a totally misspelled name on it. So when I got the email confirmation that the flowers were delivered, that was semi correct. The flowers were delivered to a business (a very large one) but did not get to the person! I had to call her and she had to hunt down the delivery.
Flowers were wilted, I understand that to a point, but not acceptable. So I contacted the company only to have the rep put me on hold, then hang up on me.
So I waited one day, then called back again.
This time the rep told me that I could get a refund as long as the florist came out to the house to pick up the flowers. I told her that this was not acceptable, the flowers were sent to a business, I did not want the florist coming to a personal residence.
She told me that this was policy, so I asked her where I had been informed of this policy, where I had agreed to it, and she told me that in fact, I had not been.
I also asked her what notes that she had on my previous phone call with the rep from yesterday and she told me that there were no notes to show I ever called.
I would strongly suggest that you NEVER use this company, they fail with their customer service.
I looked through a dozen websites for MORNING deliverly before noon. I found your website and paid extra so they got to my girlfriend while she was at work. I called her up asking if she got them she said no, there was no phone call nothing. She got a call around 2 tovsaying the flowers were dropped off by a co worker

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
