Good customer service. Flowers were delivered late. The flowers I received were not even close to what I ordered. I was notified that purple roses were not available but I atleast hoped to still get the lilacs. I appreciate the good customer service however it doesn't make up for the fact that they were late and my order didn't look anything like a photo. I'll stick with a local florist next time.

I ordered the flowers on 2-10-15. Asked for them to be delivered on 2-18-15 for a open house on that date. The flowers were delivered but on the 19th not the 18th which missed the reason to send the flowers in the first place. Also thought that 14.99 extra for delivery was a be much. I sent over 50.00 dollars and didn,t get what I ordered, the flowers looked good just to late. So it depends on what you say about this, will make my decision if I use you again.

It was easy. Only issue is not up to date tracking and one order was a day early.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
