From what was pictured to what arrived I was very disappointed. The picture depicted a rainbow of colors with a lot of green leaves. The arrangement that arrived only had 3 color variations and looked very sparse.
Hope it gets there today as she is having a difficult day.

I ordered this same bouquet yesterday and never got an email confirmation it was complete instead I got an email asking me to come back for free shipping. My sister got her flowers a day late however your customer service reps were great they waived the 2.99 same day delivery fee and issued me a $15 refund. I was please with the customer service but gave lower stars due to delayed delivery
Nice selection of arrangements. Quick and easy to order. Placed the order at 5:30am. Received the flowers in the afternoon on the same day as requested.
