I order flowers for a friend on January 28th. They only lasted less then a week. I am giving it one more try.
The second time was better than the first. These flowers lasted longer
She received a rushed box of flower. This was a special reason for the flower I had a friend that need cheering up and it was disappointing
My flowers were ordered in time to be delivered the day I ordered them. I received a call later that day that delivery was not possible. The CS rep was very apologetic, and gave me a number to set up a different delivery date.
I called that number, reset the date, to which I was told, "Cool, thanks." Younger adult, ok, I let it go.
The next day I called to check on the delivery date and sure enough it was wrong. The CS was again apologetic and said she would get the flowers on the correct date.
My daughter called, and the flowers were delivered a day early. Thankfully, she had stopped home, and was there to accept the flowers.
I think the "ball" was dropped on this one. No need to contact me. In the end, she was there and the flowers delivered. I just think going forward, paying attention would be a great idea. That's a lot of errors for one delivery.
The flowers that were sent looked nothing like the ones I paid $70 for but more like the $30, very disappointing!

My best friend was in the hospital having some very serious tests done. I ordered the flowers and paid for same day delivery so they would be there to brighten up a scary time. When I never got the delivery confirmation email, I contacted customer service and was told that there was no one to recive my flowers, so they were unable to deliver them. It's a hospital, there's always some one there! After several emails back and forth (and sitting on hold for 15 minutes when I attempted calling the customer service number), I was assured they would be delivered the next day. By the time they finally got to her room, she has already been wheeled out. All in all, pretty disappointed.
The customer service I received was wonderful- I got a call before my delivery was scheduled to go out. When I changed my mind about what to say on the card it was a simple phone call- and the person on the other end spoke English! After my order I had a question and they responded to me withib 3 hours by email. I am very satisfied and I will use them again

I thank you for the free shipping offer. I belong to a customer club for another company, but I was having issues with their website and prices changing at the end. But this was so quick. I placed my order in like 5 minutes. I did have to repeat stuff or go search for my discount. I will use this company for a to future flover deliveries.
Just wish I could of edited the "card" without starting all over again. Apparently she received the flowers at the time you indicated they would be delivered and she loved them and said the colors were beautiful. This was a gift for my mom's birthday. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
