For what I paid to have this delivered by a local florist. I would have paid the same through Proflowers where I normally shop. Thought I would give you guys a try but it didn't save me anything on the delivery charge. I still went ahead and placed the order because of time constraints.

After being double charged for services and fees I wrote emails, called and complained. I spoke to several customer service reps that were not nice or at all helpful. However when I asked to speak to a supervisor, i spoke with somebody who understood their role and deftly managed my upset and disappointment. They offered to send out the original order without the service fees, which I told them was not necessary, I was just satisfied that someone had listened and was going to address the internal problems.
Then I received a call back later on and she said her supervisory team had met and wanted to send out the original order complimentary. I again said it wasn't necessary. She was very gracious and said they wanted to make the best out of the situation and make the delivery and she would even track it and advise when it was delivered. She did. Unfortunately the plant arrived, it was a smashed mess, half wilted.

The arrangement my daughter received looked nothing like the one on the website. Based on the initial cost and all the additional charges, my order ended up being more expensive than I initially expected but when the arrangement did not look anything like what I saw online I was a bit disappointed. However, I was pleased with the same day delivery because we were able to send my daughter flowers on her birthday.
