Delivery and flowers were great. I wasn't a big fan of the coffee cup used - it's not the one that was shown in the picture on the site.
The recipient wasn't able to respond so I did my best estimate on appearance from similar florists in other states. The computer site was clear & easy to follow.
I had some trouble with the website process. Had to go back and forth multiple times to have buttons active using Paypal account to pay. Not sure why?

My order was placed and delivered with only one hiccup, they failed to deliver the flowers the day I ordered them. It was an annoyance for sure, but my same day delivery charge was refunded to me. That three dollars really does make up for a ruined surprise and such. Thanks!
Fast and easy!
Ordering was easy. Expedited delivery before noon arrive after 8pm. 2 out of the 3 items delivered were not what was shown in the picture. Ordered stuffed bear, Happy Birthday balloon & sunflower toy. Received stuffed lion, Get Well Soon balloon & sunflower toy.

I loved the experience at all. Very trustworthy and reliable. However, the flowers that I ordered were different to the ones delivered. But I would definitely order from you again.
Just made a 5 yr old super happy on her bday. Just thought it was a but pricey for balloons... But her smile makes it worth it.
