Great selections - the product was better than the photo and my mom LOVED it!
The flowers that were received were not what was in the picture. The colors of the flowers were all wrong. They were supposed to be all pinks and purples and they were all shades of pinks and white no purple. These were flowers for my grandmother and I was very upset with the arrangement.
Paid for delivery by 12 didn't arrive until almost 3pm.
Fast and easy prices are reasonable compared to 1800 Flowers
I usually order from 1800frowers but decided to give this site a chance. The add on cost was over the top and I will not use this site again.

Quick and easy site to use. I'm hoping that my purchase is what I expect and nothing less.
Follow up experience. Flowers were delivered on time.they were beautiful BUT they were shown to be a white mixture on the website and they were for a funeral which was stated in the order. They came in bright multiple colors. Nice for a birthday NOT nice for a funeral.
I paid extra to have the flowers delivered by noon. They did not arrive until 2 o'clock. I called customer service twice. The first time they said the flowers were in transit. The second time I asked to receive payment back for noon delivery guarantee and have not received a refund.
Easy and fast. However rises started turning brown the very next day but was still satisfied.
My Uncle, in Georgia, was very surprised and happy to receive, he really liked the flowers. The order was delivered as stated and I am very pleased, I live in Ohio.
