Received email from you apologizing and indicating that you were unable to locate a florist in our area (Dallas suburb!). PayPal had already paid you, so I disputed the charge, then told my wife that I had hoped to surprise her with flowers for Easter, but had just been informed that she would not have flowers delivered today. Low and behold, about 30-40 minutes later, the doorbell rang and, when I answered it, a delivery person was there with a bouquet of flowers for her. I really liked the Sunrise Bouquet that I ordered. The florist that fulfilled the order included the yellow roses, and did substitutions for just about everything else.
The flowers were fresh and my wife is happy, but I am a lot less than pleased with all the confusion and widespread substitutions in the arrangement that was delivered. I hope that the snack baskets that I ordered for my two children at their homes is what I ordered and not something significantly different. I acknowledge that these are stressful times for everyone.
