End results not happy with. Also was told for an upgrade due to the delay in receiving the delivery and I did not see a difference in the quality of the flowers. However I will say I did receive an email response within an hour everytime I emailed checking the status of the order so for that I appreciate the quick response.

I placed my order on a Saturday for a Sunday delivery. The flowers were to go to a hospital on a military base. The florist did not have base access; as a person who deals with vendors on a different military installation, I completely understand how complicated this can be and I do not fault the florist or fromyouflowers.com in any way. I received a speedy, courteous contact from customer service to arrange an alternate delivery address; I provided a home address. The flowers arrived more than 24 hours later. I was traveling to the recipient's home and actually beat the flowers to the house. The arrangement was of very average appearance and of barely moderate freshness. I wish I had just picked up flowers en route and brought them with me and saved the delivery fee. In short, this was a mixture of great customer service, but disappointing delivery and product.
So far so good. As long as she gets them by tomorrow. When the flowers arrived from the "local florist in Corning," the owner assembled a beautiful arraignment that my wife loved. The only thing that I am dissatisfied with was the initial contact, not being delivered as "promised" and lack of follow-up via telephone! Whomever was responsible for contacting anyone via the telephone needs to not mumble, speak clearly, loud enough to hear and succinctly.
I sent these flowers and bear to a friend for a special birthday and she loved them. They looked beautiful. I am pleased with my order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
