The arrangement arrived for our loved one's funeral service with brown edges on most flowers and did not include the banner we paid additional to have added. I'm extremely disappointed in the flower quality and lack of including all items ordered and paid for.

Very easy quick service
I ordered Full of Wonder Bouquet on Sat 2/28/2015 with the understanding it was same day delivery. I call Sun 3/1/2015 to follow up on delivery. Customer rep was not able to confirm or deny. By Tues 3/3 no delivery. I called to see what happened and spoke to a great rep. She resolved the issue, refunded my weekend delivery fee and promised to upgrade order by $10. The delivered flowers we nothing like original order nor did it appear I got the upgrade. Thre origianl order was for numerous types of daisies (the favorite flower of recipient). The only daisies were very few will daisies. Very disipointed with the final product. I understand issues arise but I do not (nor the staff) care for the final product while pretty JUST NOT what we ordered or fit the discription of "full of Wonder Bouquet". Our order was thrown together to fix mistake. The order # *******
The staff and I are not satisfied nor will we recommend order from your company.

My son did not receive birthday cake yet. He lives in apartment and cannot receive phone.You should put cake to admin. Office. Please confirm your delivery status.
Great! Smooth order process
As usual, everything was fine on the website. Let's just hope this florist will understand I need for this plant presentation to look like a sympathy plant and not a gift for a child's birthday party.
Delivery update: I have been told that the Peace Lily was absolutely gorgeous and many people wanted it, but my cousin said, she could not give it away; she plans to keep it as long as possible as a sweet remembrance of her husband.
Please thank the florist for doing such a wonderful job, and considering all the snow they had in Rhode Island, and I'm in Florida, the delivery was perfectly timed. Zero issues!

The ordering process was good and easy. Although, I would like to be able to edit my card message from the review page. The day the order was to be delivered did not go well. The problem was mainly with the contracted florist and it was resolved. Hopefully, the florist will be more attentive to the orders in the future. From you flowers customer service did well.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
