My order was pushed back multiple times because either there were no flowers or drivers available. Once it was 3 days after my girlfriends birthday, I requested a refund. I will no longer use your service and I will actively tell friends not to use you going forward.

The florist that was used for this order (www.charsflowers.com) did not do an acceptable job. They picked out a bizarre assortment of cheap flowers and overstuffed the vase. The delivery was supposed to have been guaranteed for 12:30 pm. I do not know the reason for the delay but the flowers were not delivered until@ 3:30 or so. I was disappointed. The customer service person did understand my frustration and gave me a price adjustment which I did appreciate. Later on my roommate (who was the recipient of the delivery) said that she has gotten other flower deliveries from this florist and was not happy with them at all. Perhaps your company can look into using another florist for this city.

The delivery was delayed a day and i was promised a 20% discount and an "upgrade" on the arrangement ordered. I received a picture from the recipient and it was hard to tell if the upgrade was done and until i receive the bill, I won't know if the discount was taken off the top. I appreciated the fact that the company was very quick to take care of the delay and I hope the flowers were as beautiful as I hope and the discount was applied.

My friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received. They looked nothing like the picture on the website. Further, the flower colors were yellow and blue (mostly) and the vase had an ugly unmatched pink ribbon bow.

The arrangement that was sent looked nothing like what I ordered. It was so small, it didn't even look like it was worth the time to put it together and deliver it. I also ordered a GET WELL balloon. That was delivered but it was Sesame Street and my aunt is 60 years old.
Probably wont ever order from this site again. I understand it's not the sites fault and they have no control over what the florist does when they get the order.

Upgraded flowers to the premier arrangement. The flowers were beautiful but they did not look like the larger arrangement should've looked in my opinion. They looked like the standard $23.00 arrangements versus the $49.00 that I paid for.
