Overall a great service experience, but the best flower was replaced and the charges seemed hidden which is not a good thing. The flowers were very fresh, and are still in great condition.

The flowers I wanted delivered were on sale, and I paid the $5 fee to have them delivered before 12pm (on a Saturday for an anniversary) so that I could expect them to be delivered before other events going on that day. They were delivered at 11:45am which was later than hoped, but still acceptable. They called me as they arrived. The order went smoothly, although the 'standard' $15 Service/Handling fee was only revealed at the very end of the ordering process - not a nice surprise, just tell me beforehand please (this feels deceptive).

The flowers arrived in great condition, and almost as pictured - but they did not include the pictured Stargazer Lilies, the species was different. This was very disappointing, as the original species was the primary reason for my order, and my recipients favorite flower! Sad. I understand replacements, but not for the most striking flower of the arrangement.

The checkout process offers to email a.pdf guide on how to care for the flowers to your recipient, and it mentions flower food. For the price I paid, and the great level of service that followed I expected a small amount of flower food to be included, but there was not. If I had emailed this guide to them, they would not have had the food mentioned. I believe including this in the order would have made up for some of the small annoyances.

I think the experience so far is good. I think that the handling fee should be presented when order is being arranged so it can be calculated with the order. I'm a first user of this site so I hope The rest of the transaction goes as smoothly as the first part. After my transaction was delivered there was an issue with all of it not being there. The customer service team was helpful in trying to correct the issue. Hopefully my refund of those items goes smoothly.
