Hope the delivery is as smooth as the order! The delivery arrived slightly after the time for my additional fee. The flowers were small and the arrangement was small over all. Disappointed as the picture did not specify height, I guess.

I placed an order through fromyouflowers.com for my sister's birthday. The flowers were beautiful and she loved them. The website was easy to use I felt that the price I paid was less than other flower delivery sites I looked at. I would definitely order through them again.

The flowers my wife received were very pretty...I requested the "large" or "premium" arrangement and to be honest they did not look little a "large" or "premium" to me... maybe my expectations were to high or I did not receive the large arrangement... I am just not sure... maybe there should be some way to give a better description or picture of exactly what to expect when you pay for the larger arrangement...

Buying flowers was easy and the choices varied and were pretty. The flowers I ordered were for a gift, but I heard they were beautiful. I received an confirmation email when they had been delivered. I shopped around first and prices were comparable for the bouquet I wanted.

The flowers that were delivered were very poor compared to what i was under the impression the recipient would be receiving. The Flowers looked NOTHING like what i had ordered. Colors did not go together and was poorly displayed. I will be calling to request a refund. I am a first time customer, and i was very dissatisfied with what was delivered.

The order was not what i ordered, I asked for for the highest upgrade on flower and they were not enough flowers in the arrangement and instead i got a teddy bear. I ordered flowers & chocolate. Rec'd flowers, chocolates & teddy bear. I think the value of the teddy bear should have went in on the flower arrangement. Very disappointed.

Easy-Quick and enjoyable to order from this company! I had paid $10 for box of chocolate to be delivered along with fruit basket. The box of chocolate was replaced by a box of cookies. I did not want cookies to be sent--boring cookies. However, customer service agent confirmed substitution was made by florist filling order and credited my account for $10. Very pleasant experience ad problem solved.

Good overall experience. Flowers were delivered in under 4 hours same day. Very polite customer service. I will be using this company again.
