I appreciated everything about the web site. However, There was no way for me to edit the recipient's zip code.
Well, I paid extra to have it delivered before noon, evidently that didn't happen... the arrangement for my daughter's b'day didn't look like the picture on the site... she is an orchid expert, and said the plants were top quality. So I'm cool with that. I thought the 14.99 "processing fee" or whatever it was, was a bit excessive on top of the price listed on the site.
I was told it was the least impressive boquet I've ever sent my mom. :)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
