As far as ordering from the website, it was great. I was very disappointed (not to mention embarrassed) when I arrived at the funeral home and seen what was actually delivered!
1. The lilies were brownish on the tips and all the flowers were somewhat wilted.
2. The size of the arrangement was very small.
3. I paid waaaaaay too much to have it delivered that day. Not only did I pay for expedited service at $14 something, but I paid for same day at almost $4. I would think that the $14 would have been sufficient to deliver the flowers the same day. If I was to go to a florist in the morning (I ordered from you before 10am) and have them delivered the same day, it would have cost less than $10. I know this because I have done that before. I thought I would see what would happen if I ordered on line. Needless to say, that probably will not happen again.
My total bill was almost $90 for a very small wilted arrangement. I could have gone to a florist myself and picked out an arrangement that was much larger and nicer for $90!
All in all, I commend you on your website. It is easy to maneuver around in which made things quick. The MAJOR problem I have is with who ever filled the actual order. Because of being so disappointed and embarrassed in front of the rest of my family members, I am sorry you have lost my business.

The flowers were not the same as the pic. Much smaller arrangement, but nice. I will do a different arrangement next time.
I left the site and got an email that the 14.99 charge would be waived if i placed my order however i still had to pay it. Other than that i was very satisfied
They were not able to deliver the flowers on the day I requested. They called to let me know that and delivered them the next day with an upgrade of flowers. Which was good but if I had know previously that they could not delver them the day I wanted I would have gone else where to get the correct delivery date.
Was not happy with the arrangement, didn't look like the website.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
