The shopping was great. I hope the flowers turn out to be as nice as the picture and I hope they are delivered on time. ***Update** The flowers did arrive for my daughters birthday. The only complaint I have is that I paid the extra fee so that they would be delivered by 12:00 and they were not. So because she was not home they flowers sat outside in the hot sun until she got home. The weather was very warm. That is my only complaint.

Nice & easy I think the Cust service is excellent on the web side. The ball was dropped on the Florist side. This delivery was very important to me and it would have been FANTASTIC to actually have these delivered when they were supposed to. The flowers were delivered- next business day.

So they got the flowers and were pleased. I couldn't believe how fast it was! I ordered it before I went to sleep and woke up to an email from my cousin that they received it. I will definitely order from you again and I will definitely recommend your company to others.

Ordered for flowers to be delivered for same day, and ordered within the sufficient time frame. Flowers were not delivered until two days after the fact.
Very easy to navigate website. Will be extremely pleased if item arrives on time and as promised/ pictured. UPDATE: As I expected, the flowers were delivered a day late. Even though the website states same day/next day delivery - beware. When I contacted Fromyouflowers, they said they could call the recipient and apologize for the late delivery. What?! They also offered a $15 credit for a FUTURE delivery, if I used them again. Very disappointed. The flowers were pretty- a day late a dollar short, as they say.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
