The flowers were delivered exactly as ordered, in perfect condition, and are even lovelier than the photograph.
Searching the site was easy and worked well. I chose the selection based on the color. The photo was misleading as the actual bouquet was much smaller than anticipated. It was lovely to look at and I am pleased with the actual flowers. Just surprised by the size of the container and bouquet.
I had these flowers sent to my daughter and she is loving them. I have not seen them since their arrival, but she said they are beautiful.
The only thing that would have been nice, is a smaller window of time for the delivery. Not sure if that is possible though.

Though I was disappointed that my mother did not receive her flowers on her birthday, I was grateful for the communication and effort to make things right ASAP. Not all companies will contact you in advance when they know there will be a delay, but from youflowers.com did. I really appreciated that, and will order again from them in the future.

These were for my daughter's birthday and to cheer her up a bit. They worked. We're are about 1500 miles apart, but the text came right away with a "they're beautiful" message. I could feel her smiling from 1500 miles away.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
