My experience has been ok so far. I just wish they would let you know the "handling fee" up front.
I was a little disappointed at the actual arrangement that arrived--the recipient sent me a photo and it contained more daisies than anticipated. Those, to me, are a filler flower to bulk it up, instead of using more asiatic lilies. Otherwise, all went as expected.
After shopping online you were the most reasonably priced. The person who received the flowers were so pleased with the arrangement.
Ordering was nice and easy but I ordered pink and purple flowers and got red and purple. I understand sometime they have to susitute but I didn't think the purple roses went as nicely with red. Even white roses would've looked better. The delivery timing was great.
The discounts offered if one places the code given, is a bit deceiving or confusing. One expects the discount to then be applied after application of code, but price never displays a change. I finally figured out that the discount was advertised as sale price and no code number needed.
The bouquet that I ordered did not look like the picture, and seemed to have less expensive flowers in the arrangement which was very disappointing to me. I did talk to customer service about the discrepancy and they offered me a partial refund and a discount for my next purchase. They were very apologetic and I will try them once again in the future due to their standing behind their products and service.

This was the WORST flower purchase I have ever made. I ordered flowers for my mom, what I ordered and what she received were not even comparable. I paid $70 for long stem lilys, the flower department didn't have all the different colors so I was contacted and asked if they could substitute with purple and yellow lilies, I said sure. She got 3 purple lilies, and 2 yellow roses that were half dead and brown. The lilies were dangling over the vase that was HALF the size of what I purchased and there was no balloon that I paid an extra $5 for. I was repulsed when she sent me a picture and she was crying. It was horrible. I will NEVER order from this site again as this experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
