Every bouquet I tried to order, probably 8, said could not order for that zip code. I find that hard to believe! Flowers were delivered to back door and no one knocked to let them know they had left them They were very wilted and only purple and white. Not all the colors like the picture showed. They did arrive on time.

I ordered flowers and junk food baskets for both of my daughters. I also ordered a junk food basket for the children I babysit. The baskets that were going to one daughter and children were big, beautiful baskets filled treats and soda cans! They loved them! The basket my other daughter got was a very small basket with just a few snacks and candy bars in it. I was not happy to say the least. It definitely wasn't worth the money I paid for it. Obviously that basket was sent by a different company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
