I do like the prices and discounts over other services but I did have trouble with a previous order and was given a credit as an apology and since I didn't order anything right away. The credit is no longer valid. I don't think that was very sincere. I would have ordered a bigger bouquet if I could have gotten to use that credit.

Went to two different FTD sites and it was slow and clugy. Got right through this site as expected.
Very easy and quick to purchase! There was a down size to this though, once the flowers were purchased and delivered they did not look nearly close to the picture they have advertised on the website. Wasn't too happy about that, but I did talk to a customer service about it and they were helpful. But not sure I would come back to purchase from this site again.
The only complaint I had was the delivery person handed the flowers to recipient, and said, "these are for here". I did inform fromyouflowers.com's customer service and was thanked for this information. Other than that, the price was amazing, the ease of ordering was stand out, and the delivery time was much quicker than I expected.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
