Was quoted one price then at check out the price went up almost 20 dollars after having to spend the a minimum amount in order for the flowers to be delivered I was very disappointed in seeing such a high price increase at the very end, almost like a "hidden" fee not happy with the lack of upfront pricing.
Site was easy to navigate, flowers delivered promptly and exactly as pictured. Follow up from site to make sure I was satisfied was awesome, I am very pleased and would definately purchase here again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
