I ordered flowers and paid extra for early delivery before noon. The flowers weren't delivered until close to 3:00pm. I felt like my contacting customer service via email is what prompted the delivery as 20 minutes after my contacting customer service, the flowers were delivered. It sort of ruins the whole deal when I have to call my wife hours after to try and see if the flowers were delivered yet, because they are late. I can't complain to customer service when they don't know if the flowers are delivered. So I have to basically spoil the surprise to get information to complain about. I did not receive any follow up or offer or refund of my extra money paid for early delivery. I received basically nothing but this survey. To me that is poor dealings with me as a customer.
This is the first time I used your company. Website as good and straight forward. I will see when I get feed back from the recipient if I use your site again. The arrangement seemed a little sparse but the recipient liked them.

Very easy to navigate and order flowers for same day delivery
Flowers were only roses and I paid for and ordered the rose and lily bouquet. Flowers were delivered after 2:30pm and I paid for 12 noon guaranteed. Customer service offered to 1) refund $4.99 for expedited fee and 2) deliver the bouquet I ordered the next day. Not my mother's birthday. This was a horrible experience. I realize that the local florist messed this order up, but your company has an obligation to fulfill my order properly and as promised. I would like a refund for the horrible experience my mother had on her birthday. Not only did she have to sit around and wait for the delivery, but was disappointed by the fact that the bouquet had no lilies. She of course did not complain about this, but I know she loves lilies. That's why I ordered them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
