I had called to inquire about the size of the heart spray before buying it, but neither your website nor the representative I talked with on the phone could provide an answer. And now I think I know why - it was shockingly small for an easel spray! You should include measurements in the description. Also, the white banner looked nice, but the lettering (in all caps, black and looking like it was computer generated and cheap-looking) left a lot to be desired. On the flip side, your CS reps are pretty helpful, and the delivery was right on time, 1.5 hours before the service. Well done. I would like to give 2.5 stars overall.

It was good experience; but the package was not as illustrated during purchasing. The uploaded picture did not printed on the vase, it has been delivered as a separate printed photo. I would prefer to be as shown during my checkout (printed on the vase itself)!

Quick and easy
When I originally attempted to place an order, the extra$15. Delivery fee did not show up until the order review and there was no where to cancel the order. I thought it was deceptive to ask about same day delivery for an extra2.99 (which I chose) and not inform customer of15 delivery charge. I had to close out of tab and search for cheap flowers to find the same co. With free delivery. That is disappointing. I hope the quality of the flowers and arrangements make up for it. If they do, I will give the company another chance.
Ed, the delivery person from Centerville Florist went out of his way to deliver the flowers to my aunt. When she was not home, he contacted me because he noticed they were for her birthday. He then went to her place of work - and when they could not locate her, he contacted me again. He was WONDERFUL and was able to make the delivery. My aunt was thrilled by the surprise and quality. Thank you!

Took 2 attempts! False and misleading pricing on first attempt where 26.74 was priced over54. So I abandoned. Second offer from you reduced 14.99, still more than advertised. Also account set up did not work. Ended up as guest...
But in the end my sister LOVED the cake of flowers
The flowers are beautiful and were delivered when they said they would be. Our family sent us a picture of them and they were exactly what we ordered.
The bouquet looked nothing like the picture. I understand subbing for availability but the color scheme wasn't even the same.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
