Appreciate the one day of free shipping - especially with such a sad occasion as a friend's mother passing away. They ended up being delivered to the wrong house. Fortunately the neighbor called and someone went and got them before the funeral tomorrow.
The service charge should be presented up front, not at the very end. I almost did not purchase the flowers because of the14.99 service/handling. I paid for same day and that cost was upfront. Service/handling charge is a bit outrageous.
My mother received her flowers and sent a picture so that I could see the out come. I am very very disappointed in the arrangement. It looks nothing like the picture at all. I ordered either the deluxe or premium and it looks like a regular order. I don't know what florist was used, but I will find out and call them how displeased I am.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! My only issue was that the flowers were not delivered the day I requested, although I received confirmation that they would. However, Customer Service did contact me to advise that the delivery would be delayed. I will definitely order from this company again; I will just ensure I leave ample time for delivery.
I ordered flowers for my Daughters birthday, I chose the arrangement from the web site, It was very pretty, However the arrangement she got was nothing like what I picked out, The vase was the wrong one, the ribbon was wrong & there was not a single Rose in the bunch! There was supposed to be pink roses in the arrangement & the vase was supposed to be purple, I am very disappointed with my order, If this is the way you fill orders, then I won't be ordering from you again & I will certainly tell everyone I know that they shouldn't either! It is certainly not worth the price I paid for it!

Would've liked to know about15 Service Fee earlier, and what Expedited Fee provides vs Same Day/Weekend Fee, but am still very impressed with 4-hr Delivery Promise and selection and value of bouquets.
But, bottom line, my Mom was ECSTATIC over the beautiful arrangement she rec'd, and it got there sooner than they said, so I was incredibly impressed that they were able to deliver as timely as they did.
Overall, very thrilled with service and product!
The flowers were a big disappointment in relation to what I ordered. I understand fromyouflowers.com is affiliated with many florists and do not send the flowers, but I expected the florist contracted in this transaction to create something close to what I ordered and that is not what occurred. Overall Customer service dept and delivery time were satisfactory.
I tried other sites that charged fees for everything including the vase and card, and service charges that more than doubled the order. This site had only one fee. The flowers were delivered on time and the recipient was really happy with them. I could not ask for more!
The flowers are smaller in appearance than on the web site, delivery time could be better, instead getting at the end of day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
