Should not say same day delivery if it is not available. But the upgrade was nice so I was not too upset.
Please amend you billing address information as can only be used by US addresses. A space for international addresses would be great. This would mean a space that isn't just for 'state' and a space for country. Luckily it didn't confuse my bank and the charges went through OK.
These folks did a splendid job from start to finish! Having been disappointed in the "other guys," I gave FromYouFlowers.com a chance and they sparkled. The website is easy to understand and navigate, their prices are significantly lower than their competition band I simply cannot say enough about their ability to meet their delivery commitment. In addition, Ms. Samantha D. From their Cust. Svc. Dept. Contacted me to advise that delivery was completed. When I sent her a "thank you," she actually wrote back! She's a REAL person & she CARED that I was satisfied. I used same-day delivery and, again, I can't say enough good things about FromYouFlowers.com... I, for one, am a customer for life! Fast and easy
We were absolutely unsatisfied with our order. Living out of state from my mother I wanted to do the nice thing of sending her flowers on her birthday. When ordering the website said if I ordered within the next 2 hours that the flowers would get there the same day, with a charge. We were okay with the charge accept that the fact the the flowers never arrived. The main part that made us unhappy is that she had to think we forgot about her on her birthday. I will never order from this company again and hope that they can fix this issue for future customers.
The initial delivery was totally unacceptable for reasons previously stated. The follow up service was much more a pleasure and I may consider, because of this to try this service again.
Much smaller than I imagined...I purposely bought the medium basket which indicated more...not happy with size.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
