***I love your service, however I was not satisfied with the florist that delivered the flowers to the hospital, when I buy flowers from a florist I expect a floral arrangement, as pictured and described on the website, not flowers just placed on a vase, which is what my recipient received.I was kind of embarrassed, but I know they know its a reflection on the florist and not me.
I also ordered a funeral arrangement, I am hoping this one will be more satisfactory.

I expected something very similar to the website. When the arrangement was delivered, it was apparent that someone with absolutely NO floral experience had done the arranging. It looked at though they had picked a bunch of random flowers. Cut the stems so they were all the same height and shoved them in what amounted to a jar. Then they KNOTTED a length of ribbon around it. They couldn't even tie it in a bow! Sheesh! Make an effort! For the price that I paid (almost 60.00) I expected something...more. The delivery fee was quite high as well. I will, from now on, go back to my own local florist and do things through her.

Con: Scheduled delivery that I had included in my order was not considered, flowers were sent 4 days before they were supposed to be delivered. Would be nice to be delivered on day specified in order--otherwise, better earlier than late. Only complaint.

This is the first time so until I see the floral arrangement, I'm not sure how satisfied I will be. Compared to the other flowers ordered, I paid the same amount as many of them and received much less!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
