I ordered on line and did not have a problem at all, beautiful arrangements and the flowers I was told were beautiful. It was for a funeral and unless you see them you don't know what to expect, but I was told by others it was really beautiful. I am very satisfied and will order again from you.
My complaint with the flowers that were sent was that they were not at all what I ordered. A few similar colors but completely different. They were delivered the same day as promised. I did call customer service regarding the incident and they tried to rectify it by replacing the flowers sent with a new arrangement that more fit the description and picture of what was actually ordered. At this time, I am waiting for that to happen and see what gets delivered next.
They picture shows lilys in the arrangement and when the person recieved their flowers there were no lilys. The whole point of sending them is because he loves lilys.
Have used them often and very happy with the arrangements and the timely delivery.

The experience was great the only thing that caused me to remove 1 star was the fact that I wasn't made aware of the $14.00 service and handling fee until the very end. Other than that everything else was great. I would definitely recommend using them in the future.
I did not like that once my selection was in the cart I could not go back and add more balloons. I also specified that I wanted a vase and they came in a basket.
