I was contacted soon after my order was placed as I didn't know my recipient lived in a gated community. It was to be delivered when she got home from the hospital after surgery so contacting her was not possible. The customer service person, Eric, was very helpful in finding a way to get this to her although it arrived a day later than I hoped. Her dish garden arrived and she loves it. Thank you for going out of your way to adjust this gift and delivery on such short notice. Your customer service is most appreciated - a real person talked with me instead of a machine! How refreshing!

I was very happy with the timely delivery, although when I saw how tiny the planter was (4"X4") I couldn't help wonder how small the small one must be? We paid for the larger one with delivery it was over $70.00. When we ordered it there were no measurements, how could you even have one smaller than 4"X4"? Just wondering...K.D. Crawford

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
