The flowers were a big disappointment in relation to what I ordered. I understand fromyouflowers.com is affiliated with many florists and do not send the flowers, but I expected the florist contracted in this transaction to create something close to what I ordered and that is not what occurred. Overall Customer service dept and delivery time were satisfactory.

I tried other sites that charged fees for everything including the vase and card, and service charges that more than doubled the order. This site had only one fee. The flowers were delivered on time and the recipient was really happy with them. I could not ask for more!

Found exactly what I wanted to send for my niece's 13th birthday! Great site - easy to navigate. My niece received the bear, roses, balloon and chocolates -- just what I ordered and she LOVED everything! She posted a picture for me to see and everything looks perfect. I ordered for my grandmothers birthday and received a totally different order filled with pink flowers. She hates pink and I would have NEVER sent her the floral arrangement that arrived. I paid extra for the deluxe version to assure that the arrangement would be as close to the picture shown. I am extremely disappointed that I spent over $50 for a bouquet to be sent filled with her least favorite color. When I called customer service she offered me a $20 gift card. I do not want this gift card I would be happy with a refund or a correct arrangement delivery of the bouquet I had originally ordered.
