So far so good. Hoping flowers are beautiful since this is the first time I am using this florist! Flowers were ok but were smaller than expected and on the card the word Love was omitted although I signed it Love, Mom and Dad

Update afer delivery:
While the plant received was as shown, the planter it was delivered in was not. I ordered the more expensive level to receive the nicer planter but the plant arrived in a basic basket weave type of planter, not at all like the planter pictured on the website. I was the only one who knew of the discrepancy and overall the comments from others was positive based on the plant (a peace lilly). Needless to say, I was not happy with the discepancy.
I am happy it will arrive same day and want to see quality of flowers
It was easy and the site had a lot of choices. They couldn't deliver the order the same day but called me and upgraded the basket and delivered it the next day. I think the customer service was excellent!
Easy website and quick easy checkout
My grandmother did not receive her flowers on the scheduled date. Nor was i notified about the delay. I was not happy as the flowers were a bday gift to my grandmother.

I was very happy with the gorgeous plant product and the delivery time was perfect! My only complaint is that I was forced to pay a minimum amount of $32 for "this delivery area." I wasn't aware that certain areas have requirements like that, so I had to buy the bigger size and pay more money.

Sending from another stat makes it hard I just have to trust that it will be worth the expense and it will be a nice arrangement and the patient will be happy to get it, Not being able to see the finished product that was actually sent
Delivery was not made due to a wrong address and had to be rescheduled for the next.
However there were complications the next day and my order was canceled without my knowledge. Had I not called myself it would not have been delivered again, I felt no sense of urgency from this company to rectify the problem.
