There were a lot of extra fees at the check out. (Same day service, expedite fee, etc) If I went to a local florist, I wouldn't have had to pay these extra fees.
The site stated the product would/could be delivered same day. I received a call that it would not happen later that afternoon. No one knew why. The florist could not be reached. A HUGE disappointment that my future sister-in-law did not get her flowers on her birthday
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
