I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. The "arrangement" was the smallest bouquet I have ever seen. I could have easily gone to a supermarket and have gotten more/ fresh flowers than what was delivered. I was extremely embarrassed when I saw what had been delivered to my mother. Of course it's the thought that counts, but I will never order from them again. Complete false advertisement.

For some reason my flowers could not be delivered the day that I ordered (even though it was well within the timeframe for same-day delivery), so a representative called me and apologized and said they would be delivered the next day (which was today), and because of the mix-up they would upgrade my order, which I appreciated. However, the recipient of the flowers sent me a picture today and it definitely does not look like an upgrade was made. Little disappointed in this.

The flowers were a pretty close representation of the picture. I would have liked to see a bit more fuller bouquet since I paid for the deluxe but it was still very pretty. They also did not include the curly willow accents in the vase that was advertised.

I ordered the flowers a week in advance to make sure they were there on time, my 43rd wedding anniversary. I did not pay the "additional" delivery fee to make it an AM order, that feels like extortion to me, just so you know. But the standard delivery was 9-6, so that was fine as we were had dinner reservations at 7:30. By 6:45, the flowers had still not arrived, so I called the company. I was told that the flowers had "just arrived within the last 6 minutes", and confirmation had been received. I searched all entries to the property and there were no flowers, so I called again. I was told that there was a confirmation but it didn't give a time of delivery (?), the representative called the local florist for details but got no answer, so she said that she would email to get a copy of the confirmation with the time and signature. I told her that they had not arrived...she repeated that she would call and get a copy of the time and signature. This exchange happened a few more times and I finally said, you you please just find out why they were NOT delivered. She agreed to send an email and call me back that evening. I also then received an email confirmation that they had been delivered. As we were preparing to leave, the delivery was made and the driver said that the truck had broken down and she was now delivering all of the flowers that had been on that truck. This was 7:15! Totally unacceptable, had it been 5 minutes later, the flowers would either have set on the porch (which we do not use) or have been taken back to the florist. By the way, I also sent an email last night...at of 10:00 this morning, I have not received a return call or response to the email. As a result of all of this, I am very disappointed in the process and it clouds my perception of the delivered product. There is nothing that you need to do to rectify the situation, I will not use your service again and will not recommend you to another!

The purchase process was fine but I didn't like the service and handling price tacked on at the end. Tell me upfront so I can decide before I get all the way to the checkout to see that it's going to be another $14.99 for service/handling fees. Secondly the roses that were in the picture I selected my purchase from were simply roses with greenery and when the actual flowers were delivered they had some white bell type bloom in with it. I can provide pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered if you would like to see them.

Product was not delivered in the time frame that I paid for. Was told that my refund for expedited service would come within 3-5 business days. However I should have been informed that it would not be delivered on time.
